Terms of Use

Rice Rotations sells access to combat rotation software for WoW. The software runs on a second PC, reads the game from a video feed of your screen and sends keystrokes back. It never reads or writes the game's memory and never modifies game files.

Rice is built and supported for PvE play on Midnight retail and on Mists of Pandaria Classic. We do not provide arena or battleground profiles. What each specialization covers is listed on the What's included page, and that page is part of these terms.

Everything the product does, and everything it does not do, is described on this site. Read it before you pay. If anything is unclear, ask in our Discord before purchasing. We will not treat "I did not know it worked that way" as grounds for a refund.

Rice requires a working internet connection. It will not run offline.

Using automation software is against Blizzard's terms of service. You accept that risk yourself. We do not guarantee that your account will not be actioned, and we owe you nothing if it is.

Two ways to buy, priced the same on purpose so nobody is pushed into a subscription:

• Subscription. Billed every 30 days. We deliberately do not sell longer terms, so you are never locked into a long commitment.
• One time licence. A single payment for a 30 day licence, with no recurring charge.

We also sell a 3 day trial. If you are unsure whether Rice suits you, buy the trial first. That is what it exists for.

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account page. Cancelling stops the next charge and your access runs to the end of the period you already paid for. Keeping track of your own renewal date is your responsibility.

All payments are final and non-refundable. This applies to subscriptions, renewals, one time licences and trials.

We take this position for two reasons, and both are meant to keep the price where it is:

• The 3 day trial exists so you can test Rice cheaply before committing. If you are in doubt, buy the trial rather than a full period.
• Billing runs 30 days at a time, so a forgotten cancellation costs one short period at most, never a year.

A renewal that you forgot to cancel is not refundable. Nothing here removes rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you where those rights cannot be waived.

Your licence is for you. Do not share, resell, sublicense or transfer it. Do not reverse engineer, decompile, crack, patch or redistribute the software, and do not attempt to bypass licensing or activation.

Licences are tied to a limited number of machines. If you change hardware, ask in Discord and we will reset your activation.

We may suspend or permanently ban an account, a Discord member, or both, at our discretion, with no refund. Grounds include:

• Cracking, tampering with or redistributing the software, or sharing licence credentials.
• Chargebacks or payment fraud.
• Harassment, bullying, discrimination, hate speech, toxic behaviour or trolling.
• Spam, advertising, self promotion or soliciting members without moderator permission.
• NSFW content.
• Posting someone else's personal information without their consent.
• Unsolicited direct messages to admins or moderators. The one exception is asking about a free slot for a setup service.
• Ignoring moderator instructions.

Our Discord also asks you to keep posts in the right channel and on topic, to use English in the main channels, and to report rule breaking to a moderator rather than handling it yourself. Discord's own Terms of Service apply on top of ours: https://discord.com/terms

Discord is our only support channel and the only one we monitor. Email sent to any address associated with the site is not read and will not get a reply. If you need help, open a ticket or post in the support channel: https://discord.gg/eVQDy44jqR

We do not promise uninterrupted service. Game patches, third party outages and Blizzard changes can break rotations temporarily, and we fix them as fast as we can. Rice is provided as is, without warranty of any kind.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 30 days before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, and specifically not for anything Blizzard does to your game account.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the last change. Continuing to use Rice after a change means you accept the updated terms.
