Enhancement Shaman rotation assistant for World of Warcraft

Profile updated 3 days ago

Stormbringer chains held together through the sprint.

Rice Rotations reads your Enhancement Shaman from the game picture, decides which ability comes next, and presses the key for it from a second PC or a virtual machine. It runs on World of Warcraft Midnight retail and on Mists of Pandaria Classic, and the profile is included in the same subscription as the other thirty-nine specializations.

How the Enhancement Shaman profile plays

Enhancement is a stack juggling spec. Rice tracks Maelstrom Weapon stacks and spends them at the right count, keeps the weapon imbues up, keeps Stormstrike and Lava Lash cycling, and works Ice Strike and Elemental Blast in without dropping the stack economy.

DPS is about never wasting a global. Rice keeps your builder and spender priority correct through procs and haste changes, lines burst cooldowns up with the window they are meant for, and switches to the multi-target priority when the pull is actually stacked rather than when a timer says so.

The profile reacts to the pull instead of replaying a fixed list: interrupts fire on casts that matter, dispels go out when a debuff lands, and cooldowns are held for the burst window rather than used the moment they come up. Dozens of Enhancement Shaman settings decide how aggressive or how conservative that behaviour is, so a raid night and a Mythic+ push can use different profiles of the same spec.

Cooldowns and burst windows

Feral Spirit, Doom Winds and Ascendance are opened together with stacks banked so the burst window is spenders. Sundering is used where it cleaves rather than on cooldown.

What the Enhancement Shaman rotation handles

  • Maelstrom Weapon stacks spent at the correct count
  • Weapon imbues kept up
  • Feral Spirit, Doom Winds and Ascendance overlapped
  • Wind Shear on interrupts, Purge on buffs, Astral Shift on damage

Raid, Mythic+ and the rest

Single target keeps the stack spending clean. On packs it shifts the spender to Chain Lightning, uses Sundering and Crash Lightning as the cleave engine, and keeps the imbues from lapsing during the chaos.

Raid nights, Mythic+ keystones, delves, world content and levelling alts. Rice Rotations is built and tuned for PvE, so there are no arena or battleground profiles. The desktop client is Windows only.

Setup and safety

Nothing is attached to the game: there is no injection, no memory reading and no unlocker. Rice runs on a second PC or a virtual machine, reads your gaming PC as a video stream and sends keystrokes back, so the machine running World of Warcraft only ever sees keyboard input arriving.

  • Built and tuned for PvE. No arena or battleground profiles.
  • Midnight retail is supported.
  • Classic is Mists of Pandaria only, so no Era, no Wrath, no other ruleset.

Enhancement Shaman questions

Enhancement feels like whack-a-mole. Does that help here?
It does. Enhancement is a very high button-count spec with several stacking buffs, so a profile that reads them all every global gains more than on a simpler spec.
Does it keep the imbues up?
Yes, imbue upkeep is maintenance in the priority so it does not lapse in the middle of a pull.
